Hi Future Au Pair
We are a friendly, busy family of 4. We live in Altrincham, Cheshire, which is a fashionable and well-connected town about 30 minutes from Manchester by tram, and 15 minutes from Manchester International Airport.
We are looking for a reliable person to join our family, to help us with our 2 daughters, and to experience all that Manchester and the UK has to offer, once our current aupair moves on with her travels in early 2025.
Because of the changes to laws related to working in the UK we are looking for an au pair who either has an existing right to reside/work in the UK or is entitled to a youth mobility visa.

Job Description

We are looking for someone to help us with the girls before and after school, plus some evening activities and clubs. This would be between 18-25hrs per week. Although we are on great public transport routes, we need someone who drives to get the girls to and from school. An automatic car is available for your sole use.
We all enjoy good food and the girls are adventurous eaters. We look forward to sharing favourite recipes with you.
We're quite a tidy family and would hope you would join in with keeping our home tidy, and help the girls to do the same, but there would be no heavy housework expected.
We will offer UK national living wage as per age group with accommodation offset, paid on a weekly or monthly basis as preferred.

We have a comfortable modern home, where you would have your own room with double bed. Bathroom shared with children currently, although building work planned to create a separate space with bedroom and bathroom. We have separate sitting rooms for you if you want to be apart in the evenings etc.
