Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hello my name is Rachael I’m a 28-year-old single mum to my five-year-old daughter.
I had my daughter in January 2020 and in October 2020 I got diagnosed with cancer leaving me with mobility issues meaning its harder for me to look after my daughter without any help.
I have care that helps me during the day and night for myself but it would be nice for my daughter to have someone who can help out with tasks for her like taking her to and from school helping her get ready in the morning and at night time and helping with dinner. It would also be nice to have someone around who is friendly and playful for days that are harder for me to play with my daughter.
The city centre is a 10-15 minute drive down the road and a 30 min bus journey. We have 2 train stations in the city centre for days off to explore too.
I live in a quiet little area, surrounded by fields and walkways to enjoy on breaks and to connect with nature. We have a petrol station not too far with a restaurant and fast food. We are also in the area where you can get food delivered.
I always get groceries once a week delivered to the house so I’m happy if you let me know anything you’d like me to add to it

Job Description

The job will be mostly helping me with supporting my daughter. Dressing, bathing, cooking, picking up and taking to school and playing with her. I always say to anyone who helps that you are my hands and legs and helping me with things that I can no longer do.
I do need someone who is an empath and understands the situation and is willing to help.
I also need someone who is able to switch comfortably between English and Spanish as due to my cancer I have severe brain fog that sometimes prevents me from being able to communicate in either language.
You need to also be patient as we learn to be a part of each other’s life and supporting each other

Accommodation

You will have your own room with a single bed that can pull out to a double whenever you want. You have plenty of storage and a TV. There is three separate toilets but she would mostly be using the family bathroom with a bath and shower which is only used by my daughter.
There is a big garden for you to enjoy the good weather too.
