Welcome Letter to the Au Pair

Hey Guys,
Unfortunately, we have been placed in a sticky situation, where we require an Au Pair to mostly complete School runs and general house duties. This is mostly washing of School uniforms, pick up/drop offs and grocery shopping. My two teenage kids are pretty much self-sufficient and do their own things. Giving you plenty of time to yourself. I would require the Au Pair to be able to drive a Manual car. Of which, you will have a vehicle to use for these tasks and to see the area. I work away for 2 weeks at a time, then have 1 week off, mean this would give you a week off to explore the country or you can chill with us. Choice is totally yours.
We live close to the Ocean with a small shopping centre and take away venues no more the 3km from home. Our home is very quiet and cosy and is located in a quiet street which would suit someone who is possibly studying. We have a small pool, and the gardens are all time/water managed. I maintain the rest when I am home.
If anyone could help, we would be extremely grateful. Thank you kindly for taking the time to read this.

We don't mind if the Au Pair was to live with us as we have a spare room with a double bed that never gets used. We have Wi-Fi and most creature comforts required. Also having a pool or the Ocean close by.
