POSITION OVERVIEW

• Contract Type: Nanny position OR Au Pair, 30 hours/week
• Start Date: JANUARY 2026 until mid-JULY 2026

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary Care for Noam (20 months) and Aiden (4,5Y ): Schedule: 25h/week
- Tuesdays (all day)
- Wednesdays (half day)
- Thursdays (full day)
- Fridays (half day)

• Household Management (20% of time)
- Basic housekeeping duties
- Bi-monthly thorough cleaning (kitchen, 2 bathrooms)
- Laundry management
- Preparation of 2 dinners per week
- General tidiness maintenance

• Additional Care
- 2 evening babysitting sessions per month
- Optional weekend care when available


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Language Proficiency
- French OR German (minimum B2 level) - mandatory for child communication
- English (B2 level) - required for parent communication

• Childcare Experience
- Verifiable experience with infants
- 2 professional references required
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage full-day childcare routines
- Understanding of child safety and development

• Professional Attributes
- Proven household management experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Independent problem-solving abilities
- Professional discretion and respect for family privacy
- Punctuality and reliability are essential

SELECTION PROCESS

- Initial introduction meeting
- Review of family manual and reference check
- Child-focused discussion and manual comprehension
- Final stage: On-site visit to Zurich when times allows (travel expenses covered)
