If u have a driving licence it is very good. I am looking for a service minded, kind, honest, flexible, independent, responsible person. Who understands that Au-pair job is a job and not free living with benefits. We have had some very good and long term experience with Aupairs and there were also cases when it did not work well. Knowing Turkish, Russian, Georgian, Swedish is a plus.
