Au Pair program for Single Fathers - To Do and Not To Do

AuPair.com understands that there can be severe problems with the other parent or that there has been a tragedy why the parent lives alone with the kids now. Everybody needs help when it comes to taking care of children. Parents need to bring home money and pay for everything, but at the same time someone has to bring the kids to school and pick them up, give them a ride to other activities and spend some quality time with them. The little ones should also have a role model and a person they can go to if anything is bothering them. 
 

Everybody has the right to look for an Au Pair on AuPair.com. Yet still we have to talk about a topic that is happening very recent and regular. 
 

We understand that even a single dad can not be superman and needs some help in the household and with his kids. But we have to make clear that our website is not a platform to look for a new partner. Of course it does not count for all single dads, but some of you are trying to find a new mother for their kids.  You could use the time having an Au Pair and go out to meet someone who is not your child caregiver, but please do not use our website to find a new girlfriend. 
 

Yes, there are very beautiful girls registered with us. They probably know that they are pretty, but they do not need a single father to tell them how beautiful and attractive they are. The look of an Au Pair doesn’t play a role at all. Of course she should shower and take care of herself, but anything else is not relevant. There doesn’t have to be compliments for the nice shaped body, the beautiful smile, the long legs. They do not want to know what you as a single man would like to with them. 
 

They want to go to another country, explore the world, meet new people their age and take care of your children. They want to feel safe with a Host Family and they want to be a part of the family. But they do not want to be a mother to your kids. 
 

Our messaging system is a secure system to send messages. It brings safety to families and Au Pairs. We do know that there are some single fathers who assume that we control messages and invite Au Pairs to keep writing on Whatsapp, Facebook or any other platforms. Please do not do that! You can use whatever video call service you want to get to know eachother better, but please keep most of your conversations on our website. 
 

...you might think we don’t know about your tactics, but we do know. And there are Au Pairs that will send us screenshots of your messages later. You do not need many different pictures of an Au Pair, with make-up, without make-up, portrait, whole body, half body pictures. We have heard the strangest reasons why fathers ask for many pictures. To assume that the girl might sit in a wheelchair and wouldn’t be able to take care of the kids was one of the weirdest ones. 
 

Please respect our regulations and use our website only for one reason: to find an Au Pair! Make the young woman feel safe with your family and don’t make a strange situation out of the Au Pair’s stay at your house. Have some respect for the young girl! And if you can’t handle a young girl living with you, you might want to consider inviting a male au pair. 

 

It is also very sad that we check all single father profiles, although there are many single fathers who really are just looking for a child care from abroad. 

 

If we notice any actions that do not have anything to do with the search for an Au Pair we will block your profile immediately. Many fathers call us and try to tell us, that it was his kid or brother or cousin who’s sent strange messages to girls or that the account got hacked. We all know it was you. 

Please stick to our rules. We want to make it possible for every honest user to find the perfect match!
