There are many interested Au Pairs who are also very active in the search for a suitable family. But I have met everything in candidates, from very attentive and prepared to not even know what the requirements for an Au Pair are, to generic contact. In the end, we chose Avril because she was very responsive to our family, very prepared about ❱❱

This was our first time to use AuPair.com. The interface is good, but could use some improvements to the search features. We will try and use it again. However, our first AuPair from the site didn't last 2 months. We understand that this can happen from any service, it is just frustrating that it is happening now.

Great website to find potential au pairs. Many of them unfortunately don't read half the information provided but I think we found a great match and are now waiting for Lidia to arrive in February.

Very quick and easy website to use and get in touch with Au Pairs.
This is the second au pair search on Aupair.com, the first time we found an au pair within a week, now the search was a bit more complex, but we also found someone.
Good impression so far, Nadia will start in June, so I cannot report any experiences yet.

Finding the perfect aupair has been quick and easy with Aupair.com. Our Aupair Didi took very good care of our son, unfortunately the 12 months are soon over.
Our experience with Syahniar was fantastic: He is a very open-minded young guy with very good German language skills, which he has perfected within the year. From the beginning he had a very good bond with our two-year-old - lots of ideas for games and an empathetic manner.

Trust is the most important aspect of a candidate. They should always be honest and able to communicate. If the stay should only be 6 months instead of 12, just to reach the minimum length, then something like this should have been communicated beforehand. Now we have to look for an Au Pair again after 6 months.
With our au pair we have no experience yet, because she is not yet here. However, since I receive a lot of emails every day, I am now deactivating my account in the hope that the applicant will get through the embassy and then arrive here safe and sound. AuPair.com gave a good overview and quickly gave us many options.
