Everything went really well. The site can be a bit complicated to use, but we managed to find a nice, motivated girl who matched our expectations.

We texted a bit on the website and then moved the conversation to WhatsApp, where we were able to video call two or three times before confirming her AuPair position. We were very happy because we found our first Au Pair on AuPair.com. Everything went smoothly. We exchanged messages a few time and then multiple calls on WhatsApp. We had 3 au pairs shortlisted last time as well as this time and then decided on one.

Excellent tool to search for possible au pair candidates
The experience with Au Pair.com was always good. Unfortunately, our Au Pair got homesick and had to leave after one month.
I completed the interview process and hired our new au pair within 15 days (having conducted 2 interviews per candidate). The candidates are serious, and the profile filtering tool (by not allowing certain profiles to contact us) ensures that we have candidates who meet our requirements as closely as possible. This is the 4th year I've used this ❱❱
The contact was simple and straightforward. We used some document templates from AuPair.com.
