Edu-Pal China - Agencia Au Pair, Shehzhen China
Edu-Pal China is an international program that brings English speakers into a Chinese household, giving the host children there the opportunity to learn English (or another foreign language) through exposure while immersing participants in Chinese culture and the Chinese language.
This exchange program requests no program cost. Instead, participants will receive airfare compensation, monthly stipend, full-board, language courses, cultural enrichment experiences, TEFL training, travel insurance, program scholarship, and more.
Some of the program offers:
1.Free full-board accommodation with a Host Family and have a private bedroom
2.Receive Monthly stipend & Airfare Compensation& Program Scholarship (Up to CNY 8,000)
3.Be covered by travel medical insurance with 0 deductible and a $50,000 policy maximum
4.Receive two program certificates: one for your Chinese language learning and one for your English teaching or internship
5.Attend Mandarin lessons and Chinese business classes, we also have a TEFL workshop!
6.Attend regular cultural events (Biweekly, learning about Chinese Tea Art, Chinese calligraphy, Kungfu, Chinese painting, dancing and city tour, etc.)
7.Experience cultural diversity and meet people from all over the world
8.Travel around China (4 times a year offered by the program)
For item 8, is the highlight of the program.
We will offer three days trips (national trip / cultural excursions) every year in March, June, August, and November. Transportation and accommodation are on the program.
This is not a simple city tour, not just for sightseeing. We will have people who introduce the culture, the history, the local custom, and the local food to you, to make it a real immersion cultural trip!
Edu-Pal would be considered as an “older sibling” to the child(ren) in your host family. Your primary focus would be to facilitate English learning (or other foreign languages) in a home environment.

When you arrive at the airport, you will see our faces waiting for you; when you meet your host family, we will be there to help you adjust to your new environment; when you have a question or concern, we will meet with you face-to-face or via text message, to support you with your needs.
