Dear parent,
I am writing to express my interest in taking the opportunity to become your next au pair for your family! I have over five years-experience in childcare and language teaching. I believe I am the right fit to have a positive impact on your household and to be a positive influence on your children.

I am a marketing student at the University Of Ottawa, Canada that is passionate about travelling, language learning and adventure. I currently speak 6 languages! I speak English, French, Spanish and Italian fluently, and I also speak Portuguese and German at a beginner-intermediate level.

So far, I have been a nanny for children from 3-14 years old and that made me fall in love with spending time with children. For that reason, I chose to be a Language and Culture Assistant in Spain, with the program NALCAP to teach English to kids at a K-12 level. This experience made me realise how exciting and fulfilling teaching is! This is why I have the utmost interest in becoming an Au Pair.

Currently, I am also a teacher assistant at the University of Ottawa for 2 courses : Business Communication Skills and Multicultural Management. As you can tell I love teaching.

In the past, I fulfilled my Canadian National Lifeguard Certification and First Aid Certification!

My hobbies are travelling, swimming and dancing. I have danced Flamenco since I was 3 years old. It is my passion! As for travelling, I think there is not a more satisfying sensation, to learn about new cultures, customs, languages, meet new friends around the world and create beautiful memories.

I believe all these experiences and interests make me a great candidate for an Au Pair because I have passion for what I do, I speak several languages and I am fun to be around and I am dedicated to fulfilling the family’s needs!
