My name is Ruaa. I am a 26-year-old. I come from Damascus the capital of Syria.

Looking for a live-out arrangement with a host family, that would be happy to have me stay with and work for them for a year.

I am searching for new opportunities, Very interested in child development and getting to experience working with diverse age groups of children (0-3, 4-6, 7-10)
Keeping up to date with new research and books about early childhood education and psychology, as well as doing some online courses on the side.


Qualification:

-6+ years in childcare
-6+ years as a practicing professional English teacher
-2 years of experience in applying Montessori in teaching English and nannying


-What can I offer as an au pair?
Experience in applying Montessori educational methods with children between the ages of 1-7; the method includes the incorporation of self-directed activity, hands-on learning, and collaborative play. Caregiving style includes creating a safe space for children to express their emotions, this requires a lot of patience
Light housework, help with homework, homecare.
