Dear family,

First of all, I would like to thank you for taking time on reading my profile.

I became an Au Pair as I have been wanting to pursue my passion for kids, like teaching or becoming a part of their growth. I have developed my enthusiasm for kids when I did volunteer teaching in our church and community back in 2008. I also did some tutoring and childcare to 3 gradeschool students for 2 school years. After college, I became a full time teacher for a year in 2 public schools. I joined some volunteering organizations and travel to different parts of the Philippines to do outreach programs. I also worked as an Online English Teacher and Admin for a Singaporean school.

I found my first match in Luxembourg last 2020. Then the second one here in Norway last 2021 so I have been an au pair for 3 years now. I am now looking for my next match here in Oslo.

I am an animal/nature lover. I used to have 5 cats and 3 dogs. I am looking into ways of living a sustainable, healthy, and eco-friendly lifestyle. Generally, I love our planet that's why I am really conscious about taking care of the environment. Because of this, I decided to adapt a vegetarian lifestyle. Anyhow, I know people are different so I respect any diet or lifestyle a family has. Two of my host families are vegetarian so it would be nice to find another host family that shares the same values and lifestyle as mine. But with a different one, we can agree and have meal plans to fulfill both needs, as what we do with my previous hosts.

I also love art in all sorts of its form, especially music and dancing. I can say I do have a lot of hobbies that you will find me always out in the city during my free time, joining some events and volunteering work. I do painting, arts & crafts, and guitar playing. I like cooking, gardening, cleaning, organizing and getting things done. I am a fast learner, optimistic, patient and dedicated person. I love learning new things. I have learned Japanese back in the Philippines and took up German language course in Luxembourg, so I think learning any kind of language would be really fun. Now I am learning Norsk and is now on A2 nivå.

It would be a great honor if you would choose and trust me as your au pair. I am excited to be a part of your family and learn more about the norwegian culture. I have just turned 30 so I really hope to find a family that will support me in having a great experience in my last year of au pairing.
