Dear future au pair,

A warm welcome to our family – at least on paper for now! We're happy that you're interested in us and would love to tell you a little about who we are.

We are a family of five: my husband is a clarinetist, and I am a violinist – so music plays a big role in our lives. Through our work as musicians, we've had the chance to travel a lot and visit many different countries. This openness and curiosity about the world is something we hope to pass on to our children as well.

Our oldest son is two years old – a bright, talkative little boy who loves language, sings constantly, and is eager to discover the world around him. Our two younger children are still infants and bring new joy into our lives every single day.

We love life in all its colors: cooking together, laughing a lot, singing as a family – we’re full of energy, warmth, and a bit of lively temperament. Our home is vibrant, loving, and full of music and shared moments.

We live close to the city, yet surrounded by beautiful nature: just outside our door is a river perfect for boat rides. The charming old town, with its winding alleys, cozy cafés, and small shops, is only a two-minute walk away – a lovely place to explore. Public transport is excellent, with a tram stop right at our doorstep. There are also plenty of charming cafés and beautiful spots nearby.

What’s especially important to us: we are looking for an au pair who approaches everyday life with open eyes and a natural sense of initiative. Someone who notices what needs to be done – like helping out with little things around the house, such as loading the dishwasher. We're not looking for someone to clean for us, but rather for someone who naturally integrates into our daily life like a family member. Especially when I’m alone with the children, I’m very grateful for an extra pair of hands and someone who offers gentle, loving support. Someone who enjoys spending time with the children and wants to be involved in our daily life.

At the same time, your needs are just as important to us. We want to create an open, honest, and warm atmosphere where we communicate clearly, directly, and kindly – with mutual respect and genuine interest in each other. We hope you will feel comfortable and welcome with us, have your own space, and truly feel like a valuable part of our family.
