We are looking for a native or almost native English speaking au pair to look after our nearly 11 years old daughter from 16th June to 31st of July 2024 or the first week of August. We already had an au pair last summer and it was a wonderful experience that we would like to repeat. Our daughter speaks Italian but she studies English and we would like the au pair to speak to her in English. The au pair will be hosted in a very nice house located in the pine forest of a small town on the Tuscany coast, in Italy. The town is called Marina di Grosseto and our house is at a few minutes walk from the seaside. The parents will be present in the house but we'll be smart working. The town center is at walking distance. There is a bigger city, Grosseto, at 15 minutes by car. This city can also be reached by bus, should the au pair be interested in visiting it or reaching the train station to go visiting other cities in Italy. We offer the au pair the opportunity to visit Rome at weekends, hosting her for free at our home, which is close to the city center. Rome in an hour and a half by train from Marina di Grosseto, which is very nice and we trust the au pair will have a pleasant and stimulating stay!

Our daughter speaks Italian but she studies English and we would like the au pair to speak to her in English. The au pair will have to work 8 hours per week, Monday to Friday, looking after our daughter from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. with a 2 hours break (from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.). In the morning the au pair will have to take the child to the beach where we rent beach umbrellas and deck chairs and where our family friends are. The establishment is close to the house. The au pair and the child will return home for lunch, spend the hottest hours resting at home and return to the beach in the afternoon. The au pair won't work from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. The job is not demanding because the child is independent, she has a good temper and she is perfectly inserted in the context. This means that she spends the time playing with her friends on the beach and that the au pair is required just to watch after her, especially when she baths in the seas. Being able to swim is therefore mandatory for the au pair. The au pair will have 2 days off per week, saturday and sunday. The fee is 400 euros per month.

Alojamiento del Au Pair

The au pair will be hosted in a very nice house located in a pine forest which is just a few minutes from the sea and has a large garden for lunch and dinner. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living room and two bathrooms. The au pair will have her own room and bathroom. It is a family-friendly village, but also offers entertainment for young people.
