What we expect:
We look for gentle & reliable support - a responsible & fun companion for our daughter. You will NOT be responsible for cleaning the house or doing laundry (we have a helper for that!) Honesty is important. If you have any problems come & talk to us - we are here to help and ensure your stay is as cozy and fun!

During work hours we expect you to be at your best, avoid distractions (such as excessive phone use). Remain mindful of your responsibilities & tasks while on “Big Sister Duty”. if you need a break to recharge let us know and we will arrange time for you.

Important: We have a zero-tolerance policy for any aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards our daughter. Respect is the name of the game!

Life Work Balance:
At least one day off per week (absolute minimum!) Whenever possible you will get 2 days off, plus some additional holidays in between giving you quality time to relax, explore Goa, meet new people and make new friends.

you will have an amazing au pair experience (plus a good time in Goa :)
we parents receive the support & help we need to recharge and be happier parents!

Pocket Money: weekly pocket money based on experience, skills & performance. If you have skills (first aid, language proficiency, swim teacher certificate, kids yoga teacher certificate etc.) we will set your pocket money accordingly. We reward dedication & excellent care for our daughter!

Meals, Drinks & more: We provide 3 meals daily (Indian cuisine). You'll also have free access to our kitchen to prepare meals according to your own preferences. You will receive discounts for all dishes at our international restaurant.

your job tasks as an AuPair include:
1. Providing daily care & supervision for our daughter.
2. Creating a safe & nurturing environment.
3. Preparing healthy meals & snacks.
4. Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing.
5. Engaging in activities and playtime
6. Providing educational activities / learning support
7. Accompanying child to activities / kindergarten.
8. Assisting with family breakfast.
9. Helping to create schedules and plan activities.
10. Providing emotional support for our daughter.
11. Being a positive role model & big sister figure.
12. Communicating with parents about the child's well-being.
13. Maintaining open, honest, and respectful communication.
14. Requesting breaks and holidays to recharge when needed.
15. Demonstrating dedication and responsibility during work duty.
16. Capturing pictures / videos of fun activities with child.
17. Celebrating the child's positive accomplishments.
18. Modeling good manners & good personal hygiene habits.
19. Help establishing a healthy routine for the child.
20. Teaching new skills through role modelling and activities
