Hello!

I'm Robyn and I am 22 years old. I have lived in Scotland in the UK since I was born. I speak fluent English as my first language.

I study medicine at the University of Edinburgh and so know first aid. I live away from home and so do all the household tasks by myself and live a very independent life.

This summer (June to start of July) I am looking to travel to a different country to embrace the culture, learn some of the language, make memories and meet new people. I was an Au Pair in 2018 July to September for a family in Germany. I looked after 3 children ages ranging from 1-10. The summer was amazing and I will never forget it. From having 'German nights' where we all had German food and 'Scottish nights' where I cooked some traditional Scottish meals, we both shared cultures.

Experiencia con niños

As I have said I have been an Au Pair before so have a lot of experience looking after children. Even though the children couldn't speak much English and my German wasn't the best we still managed to communicate and have a great summer.

I look after my cousins on a regular basis as well as my younger sister, so I am used to looking after children and love spending time with them.

I can help you and your family by helping to look after your children and to have many conversations in English and possibly some tuition to improve their English language skills further, but also to be kind of a big sister to them. Someone who can help look after them but who can also have fun with them! Living and working with your family could give me many things in return for example learning some of your language, your culture and seeing everything your country has to offer but most importantly getting to know you and your family so that you are kind of a second family to me!
