To leave the town you will need to drive, no buses around here. Elderly is 93 does not need alot of assistance. Only to shower. She dresses herself. Need meals cooked sometimes if I am not around or on vacation. I do not need someone that drives but if the person wants to leave the house they will need a car to get around as I have nothing walking distance.
