Hello Madam, Sir and dear kids,
Nice to meet you, my name is Camélia.
I recently graduated from the University of Bordeaux Montesquieu with a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Social Administration. I also have a level C1 & Above delivered by the University of Cambridge in English. I can speak a bit of Spanish and understand a bit of Thai/Lao. My parent's family is originally from Laos, so the values and education that my parents have instilled in me will allow me to adapt to a total immersion in a foreign culture but especially Asian. I had the chance to stay more than a month in my parents native country and I think that this trip was very enriching on a personal level but also demonstrated my flexibility regarding cultural differences and lifestyle. I was born and raised in france so I have multicultural background.
Since October 2023 I've been voluntering for a French NGO called Paul Dubrule in Cambodia. My task is a mix between "teaching, doing activities in french/english with the student", Assistant in communication and marketing and doing some administrative paperwork. So far i really like my experience there. I learned a lot about myselft but also about a new culture. I assimilate very well, most of my friends are khmer. Unfortunaly my journey there will stop in the end of june. Starting July I would love to have new opportunities and why not find an aupair family.
