MY NANNYING EXPERIENCES

I finished high school for kindergarten teacher and have worked as a nanny in five private households.. Children were aged from 2 months to 5 years. My first live - in nanny experience was in 2022, which lasted for 8 months.
In kindergarten I had practice with children who were aged from 11months-6 years for four years . I also took care of my cousins who are aged from few months-15 years while summer holidays every year as well as when their parents need help with babysitting. I am very confident with working with babies and newborns as well. I have experiences with my nephew, cousins and a girl I was babysitting. I have more than 6 years of experience with nannying and child care.
I have also worked as a tutor to help children with different subjects in school for 5 years.
I try to use peaceful and positive approach to raising a child. I focus on a lot of empathy, compassion, talking about feelings and making safe space for all of them and help children cope with them. I try to set clear boundaries and routine.
I try to be a safe person for children, so they can be themselves, make mistakes, express themselves and most importantly feel loved for who they are and how much meaning they have in this life.
I never use punishments, I rather explain, talk about or show things.


WHAT I VALUE?

Relationships and health in every aspect are my top priorities. I try and like to work on myself, learn, evolve and grow but I also try to accept myself as I am in the moment. :)
I like to surround myself with like minded people, so we can support each other in this human experience and allow ourselves to be humans.
There are a lot of things that are important to me in relationships and what I try to use in my daily life. Respectful communication, empathy, listening to one another, making safe place to express freely and make mistakes. Openess for people, cultures, different views on life and everything in between. Building strong relationship and making people around me feel accepted and loved is significant to me.


MY EXPECTATIONS

I would appreciate warm and welcoming space, where I would feel safe and accepted.
I am also breaking generational cycles that are not useful anymore. I am also very keen on psychology and having deep conversations about new things we learn, about life, about anything really.
I would love to find people with similar views on life. :)
