LIVE OUT PAIR VALENCIA was created for girls who would like to become an au pair but would prefer to live separately from the family.
The best advantage to using our agency: your independance! You will be free to spend your spare time exactly as you wish. Lack of independance is a common complaint with normal au pairs, and by using our Company you ensure you have an amazing au pair experience, and also keep your own independance.
Now that your course is finishing maybe you’re thinking about what to do next: maybe you’re considering becoming an au pair? You can do it alone via the internet or you do it with us, with us working hard to ensure there are clear rules, boundaries & hourly contracts laid out. And best of all we’re free.
In Live Out Pair Valencia we want all our au pairs be safe and for them to have all your rights regulated.
If any party for whatever reason wants to terminate this contract, it may be terminated by both parties with two weeks’ notice. During this 2 weeks notice, the au pair has the right to stay in the flat at no additional cost to herself.
Either party may terminate with immediate effect in the event of serious misconduct by the other or if serious circumstances so require. This circumstance must be explained to LIVE OUTPAIR VALENCIA by the host family or au pair once they have decided to terminate the contract. In the case of serious misconduct there will still be a 7 day period where the au pair can live in the flat at no additional cost.
It is with these rules we hope to allow au pairs to feel safe and secure, as moving to another country to work is a very nerve wracking experience
We’re free for au pairs because we take a small percentage from the families in order to find au pairs. We recognise that many young people are not in a position to pay service fees and we understand this, hence our decision to take fees from the family only
