I do have experience working as a nanny,I also have experience in babysitting my 17 nephews and nieces, little cousins and neighbours kids,it will always be joyous and memorable moments spent with them.i love making the most out of the children's time by playing and laughing with them, educating and influencing them.
With my experience with children I have learnt that children are very independent a big part of what they need is a plan and schedule to structure their time constructively and a supportive adult to help them when they need it.with my experience in babysitting I was able to come up with 3 ways to make babysitting easy;
1.plan and organize:I would plan my things in order and have a schedule for my daily activities this will be helpful when it comes to planning the kids daily activities and what need to be done in the house.
2.Think creatively: Being able to come up with and organize engaging activities for the kids to do to avoid boredom you have to come up with new activities each and every time.
3.Communication:I have built strong muscle to easily communicate and understand children.children are curious and always willing to learn just as much as adults therefore I have mastered what to tell them at a particular time and what not to tell them.
