I have never been an au pair in another country, but I have been one in my own country. I lived with a family and took care of two children, a girl and a boy. I was responsible for waking the children up around 8:30 AM, helping them brush their teeth, serving them breakfast, and assisting with their school assignments. After that, we had some playtime for reading, watching, and playing together. At 11 AM, it was time to get them ready for school, and at 11:40 AM, I served lunch. The children's mother was the one who took them to school.

Furthermore, I have always taken care of my younger siblings as well. I was the one who helped them with everything. I witnessed my siblings' development, saw them being born, assisted with their care since they were babies, and watched them become independent children.
