Dear host family, my name is Valentina and I am 19 years old. I currently live in Mexico, but I was born in Brazil and my family comes from Colombia. I have lived in several countries like Brazil, China, Canada, and Mexico. I would love to have the opportunity to stay with a host family since I think it can be an incredible experience to go abroad and know new places. I am very enthusiastic about knowing new places, people, cultures, studying languages, doing activities, etc. It's certainly not easy for a lot of people to have opportunities abroad, which is why I would love to be given a chance in a new home! I'd love to help out families who need someone to support them with taking care of their kids, daily tasks, chores, etc. I believe that it will be an excellent opportunity to chase my dreams in a foreign country! I would be an excellent host because I have a lot of patience for kids and love to interact with them. I am very hardworking, passionate, and caring. I think that working as an au pair, those are important qualities in order to build a strong bond with the family. I qualify for the position because I have experience baby-sitting children, teaching english lessons to little kids, being an ice-skating instructor to children, and I've done a lot of social service throughout my school years. I have a very big heart and I adore helping people. It's something that makes me really happy!
