iCXC International Culture Exchange Co. Ltd was founded in 2011. We are the largest international cultural exchange agency in South China and a 10-year member of IAPA. Located in Shenzhen China, the vibrant agency utilizes our knowledge and experience by matching foreign Au Pairs with Chinese host families and assisting work opportunities for our Au Pairs later.
The number of our host families exceeds over 300. Application Requirements:
Between 18-29 years old
High school graduate or above
Unmarried with no spouse or dependents
English level B2 and above
Caring, patient and responsible, Au pair experience or childcare experience is preferred
Availability: 12 weeks(3 months)/25 weeks(6 months)
Physically healthy (no infectious diseases)
No criminal record
Au Pair Benefits:
Flights to and from China
Offline Chinese classes(University or language school)
Monthly culture classes to experience traditional Chinese culture
Monthly pocket money
Visa subsidy
Medical and liability insurance in China
Room and board(single bedroom, three meals a day)
Au Pair Obligations:
Assist in improving the children's speaking, listening and reading skills by creating an immersive language environment
Provide approximately 30 duty hours per week, with the exact time varying based on the family's needs
Pick up and drop off the children from and to school
Actively play games with children
Exchange culture with the host family (customs, manners, food)
