Hello, and thank you for looking at my profile.

My name is Lucia, and I am 21 years old college student of Translation and Interpretation (English and German) from Madrid, Spain.

I am currently living in Madrid with my best friend, as I study and work here. We like to spend time playing board games, watching Netflix or just talking.

Since my degree involves the fluent control of various languages, I'm looking forward to becoming an au pair in German or English and improve my skills and knowledge of its culture and people. I have been learning English since I am a child and german for around 3 years (and I spent the last course in Münster (Germany) as an Erasmus student). So I am kind of fluent in both but it is never enought.

I am a friendly, sympathetic, funny, well educated, responsible, tidy, kind and independent but familiar person. I love hearing and playing music ( I play the french horn), spend time in nature, visit new places, take fotos, try new things, play Paddle-Tennis, do Yoga and watch films or series with family or friends.

In terms of looking after kids, I have some experience taking care of my 5-years-old little cousin when my aunt is busy and I adore to spend time with him. We make really cool crafts such as paint vases, plates, flowerpots. I also read tales to him and we play with his toys.
Appart from that, I spent the summer of 2021 in Germany, working as Au Pair. That was an incredible experience, I have learnt a lot and that is why I would like to repeat it.
And also, I have work in some camps with kids of all ages in Spain and also in Germany.

If it is necessary, I could do some housework or even cooking - let me confess: I'm not a great chef, but still have the spirit needed to learn new recipes- pasta, meat, fish, rice, cakes, creps, cookies... I do not have pets because my mum is alergic but I love them.
