Hello my dear future host family, my name is Michaella and I am from Ecuador. I have lived in USA, Indonesia, and Canada. I am so grateful to have the chance to be a part of your child´s life and form a great bond towards their development. I am a hard-working and reliable individual who loves to motivate and care for children, I am a proficient Montessori teacher having the capacity and knowledge of Early Childhood Education and I would like to contribute my firmness, creativeness and devotion towards children to become an Au Pair to provide everything that is necessary for a child´s needs becoming like a second mother to children and working towards their development. Children feel my warmth and therefore provide the same energy to me. I have extensive experience with kids as I began to take care of them since the age of 13 when I started to babysit for my cousin´s children. I have more than 9 years of experience with children. I believe each child is not only valued as a unique individual but is capable of learning in a supportive, intellectual, creative learning environment. My happiness relies on the happiness and satisfaction of the child I am with. In general, I love psychology and always try to use psychology’s methods to have honest, trustful, and open communication with kids. I always show children that I love and care for them and this dependence keeps them mentally and emotionally strong. I like when I'm involved in their daily life and also when I help them improve their selves. My goal is to create a lifelong bond with people which I hope to call my family. I have lived with a family before who owned a home day care and I was able to manage the day care with 6 children from 7am to 5pm while also helping my host parents as my host mom had received knee surgery and I was able to not only motivate her but help her with anything she needed, they became more than a family to me. I am a very open caring and loving individual, I am organized and suited for anything. This position qualifies with me as it is my goal to incorporate my persistent experiences by having an aptitude towards the comprehension of children. I have the ability to form a great connection not only with the child but with the parents providing a nourishing environment and going out of my wat so that the child grows in a safe environment where they can increase their imagination. I Iove incorporating activities that belong to each individual age group. I think the thing I enjoy the most about taking care of children is how genuine they are. They can love with every piece of themselves.I think those circumstances are the main reasons my future host family should host me.Possessing strong skills I can provide the necessary help for children to thrive in an academic atmosphere and I have the training needed to assist children and help them acquire sufficient skills to grow. Moreover, I have taken care of children all my life from new born babies who are 5 months all the way to 13 year olds.
