We need someone that we can trust our little one with but also someone who can help me out with day to day needs. Supervise, play and teach him. Looking for someone to take him to the beach and parks daily as he is used to a routine. He is very outdoor as well. Someone who can create a curriculum and teach him daily material as he is home schooled.
We need someone who will take our dogs for walks in the neighborhood twice a day, change their water and give them food once a day. Sometimes maybe once a month during the weekend we will need you to watch over Keanu at night for our date nights. We will need between 22 hours per week, 33 hours per week or 44 hours per week. Usually will be Monday to Friday 8 hours a day and Sunday 4 hours for a full time of 44 hours weekly.
Dogs walks are separate from Keanu schedule they start 7.30am to 7.45 then 7.45 to 8 am for changing their water and give them food. Then dog walk plus add water at anywhere between 5-6pm Every day of the week morning and evening walk. If I have the two aupair the walk will be split between the two aupairs.

To give you an idea of Keanu schedule ( which still up to modification as every day are not the same and weather can affect also the activities for the day ) this is just to have a close idea
We usually start anywhere between 7 and 8am every day M_F from 8am to 4pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm
You will be paid 150$ per week, plus lodging plus food for a full time schedule at 44 hours a week so 600$/month
If you want do more hours we can always do per hour for weekends at 10$/hour
We have 3 schedule that we can change to
22 hours weekly which is in exchange of lodging
33 hours weekly which is in exchange of lodging plus 75$/week
44 hours weekly which is in exchange of lodging plus food plus 150$ weekly

Lodging is a private room with shared bathroom and laundry room with one more aupair.
The value of lodging is 1,500$ per month including ALL your utilities and wifi
Plus Food value for the month which is very expensive around 600-800$ monthly
Plus de 600$ monthly for full time
it average at 2,900$
Plus full access to a scooter which anywhere on island is 50$ per day which comes to 1,550
=4,450$ per Month


THE IDEAL AUPAIR ( but doesn't have to have these skills )

will be someone that has a green thumb, someone who has lot of knowledge on how to grow a garden for veggies fruits herbs from scratch and take care of it depending on that skill hours will be split between Keanu and the build/care of the garden and also someone who knows how to take care of chicken maybe someone who grew up on a farm or someone who is simply very curious and would love to learn and be a pro at it ;)

will be someone who has a background in education for kids someone who can set up a curriculum for a 3 years old someone who can teach a toddler and stick to a schedule and someone who is extremely organized, patient, talkative, who loves to sing dance paint anything craft related someone who can have fun with a toddler.

will be someone who has a background in accounting so she can help me with my bookkeeping and other task related to taxes etc that will be a huge help and if you have a certification where I know that you know exactly what to do and you are good at it I will split your time between that and keanu and will give you a bonus every month ;)

Will be someone who has been working with new born or has been a midwife or doula
will be someone who was or is a teacher in science, mathematic, art for children under 7 years old
Will be someone with extreme patience and very loving nature
