Work abroad in Suzana's family for 12-24 Months starting from Jul 2024 as an Au Pair to take care of 4 children of 1 - 5 years old & 6 - 10 years old in Overland Park, Kansas USA

Welcome to our family!!! We are so glad you are here, and we are excited to take this adventure with you! Let us introduce ourselves. We are Vidic family! My name is Suzana, and my husband is Andrija. We live in Kansas City which is in the heart of the USA, and it is very loving and cozy city. However, in June 2024 our new home is going to be Orlando, Florida, and our next Au Pair is going to be joining us there! We are so excited to be able to go to Disney World, beach and Universal Studios so often, enjoy amazing weather, and so many other amazing things Florida has to offer.

We are fun, loving, and active family. We have four children. Aleksandar is 7, and is oldest. He is the kindest big brother, fierce protector, and very successful leader to his siblings. He is funny and smart, loves sports, especially tennis and basketball. His younger brother Teodor is 5, and he is as wise as he is cute. Teodor enjoys arts and crafts, swimming, and starting to love soccer. Our youngest son Viktor is 4, and he is one charming and cuddly boy. He loves animals, especially dinosaurs, and loves to play with his brothers. Sofia is our baby girl, she is 2.5 years old, and is a happiest and most independent toddler. She is adored by her brothers and she does great job keeping up with them.

Our daily life is focused on work and play, and we love to have a healthy balance. Our day starts at 7:00am, when we all sit for breakfast and get ready for school. Aleksandar will be entering second grade this fall, Teodor will be in first grade, and Viktor will be in kindergarten, while Sofia attends preschool. My husband is a physician, and I am a nurse practitioner. I work three days per week, while his schedule varies. Boys go to school 5 days per week and Sofia goes 3-5 days per week. We also have after school activities such as tennis, swimming and karate. You will have your own car, and you will be drving childrent to school. You would be responsible for picking them up from school at 3:00pm. On the days that I work, I arrive home around 5:30pm and I prepare dinner, play with children, eat, and get ready for bed. This is a precious family time but it is also a busy with tasks. Having you helping us, leaves more time and energy for all of us to play and enjoy each other.

As you can see, you will have a lot of free time during the day for yourself, and you are welcome to use the car around the town. There is local college with plenty of courses, should you choose to attend. Weekends are family time that we love to spend together, and you are more than welcome to join us! We also understand that you may want to explore things on your own, or with other local au pairs, and it is all up to you.

Our ideal au pair is someone who adores children! Someone who will love and care for our children as they were her own sibilings. We raise our children to be kind to themselves and others, independent, confident, loving and adventurous. We believe in honesty and open communication. Please never hesitate to ask us anything, and we would always want to help you in any we can!
