Hello, nice to meet you! I’m Patrick and I’m an aspiring Aupair or Nanny. I am currently a Language Assistant (Auxilliares de Conversación) here in Madrid for the SY 2023 - 2024. This has given me the tools to help second language English learners to improve on their English speaking and grammar. I also have private tutor classes wherein I help students with their activities in their books in terms of vocabulary and grammar. Also, I have had 2 years of experience Coaching kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Football from ages 3 to 14, may it be in person or through online video applications. I believe this has helped me be more comfortable with interacting with children through sports, play, and interpersonal communication as I incorporate fun while teaching good virtues in life. I also have a degree in English teaching as I have taken this while I was in a university. Hoping to maximize these experiences in my life by allowing myself to share it with children with different backgrounds and cultures. In a way, it makes this experience a full filling one as I learn as well.

Expériences en garde d'enfants

My experience started during the pandemic where I would host online classes for children as they try out new ways to learn a sport. As things started to open up, I was fortunate to be able to teach this kids face to face with the basics of football. By 2022, I was given the opportunity to teach kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu from toddlers to kids in kinder. This is where I was able to experience the real essence of teaching as I was able to not only teach sports but to build the children’s character through play. Now, I have been given the opportunity to be an English Language Assistant which allows me to improve my language teaching skills with helping those who would like to learn and practice. With that, I am able to obtain experience with handling private tutor classes for which I help students with their English class and fluency. All of which has given me the right tools to instill in my Aupair and Nanny experience. Which I will make sure to give my best effort in teaching English to your children!
