FOR FAMILIES
When you hire with The Intuitive Parent to find a suitable candidate, we go over and beyond. From as little as $19/week, we will ensure your new 'big sister' has a valid visa, ID documents, National Police Clearance and Working with Children's Check. We also provide theory-based training on CPR, Choking and, Anaphylaxis management in children to ensure they know what to do should something happen whilst they're looking after your kid(s). An added bonus is that you'll receive a comprehensive Family Manual Template which you can use to communicate your expectations, household rules and 'how to's' for a smooth transition into your family life.

FOR AU PAIR / DEMI PAIRs
When you work with The Intuitive Parent, there is NO CHARGE of any fees to the au pair/demi pair because we believe you shouldn't have to pay to apply for a job (ever) we do, however, conduct ‘pre-interviews’ to make sure you’re a good fit for potential host families. You are responsible for providing, applying and paying for your visa, flights and legal checks required by your host family.
