B-lingual Experience has a wide experience in successfully connecting foreign and national students with host-families around the world.
We offer the Out-bound as well as the In-bound Au Pair Programme. We work together with our Partners in different cuntries like UK, Ireland, Germany, Finland, China, Australia so our Au Pair candidates are supported in the host-countries by our collaborator´s net. Our Families are looking for candidates who are friendly, have got childcare experience are flexible and can adapt to the family needs. They are open-minded families who would like to welcome their next aupair as a family member and assure the Au Pair will have a nice time by them.
We are a small but efficient agency that works hard for their clients, giving them a personalised and adapted service to meet their specific needs.
We know perfectly both sides of the Au Pair world. What it is like to be the Au Pair as well as the host family as we have personally experienced the two.
Our Au Pair candidates are sociable and flexible, capable of adapting themselves to the customs of the host family.. They are young and affectionate workers with experience in the care of children, following the guidelines of the IAPA (International Au Pair Association) Au Pair programme.
At the same time we also ensure that the families follow the guidelines and code of conduct of the IAPA through an Au Pair contract. Our families are also flexible, respectfull and will welcome the Au Pair as a family Member.
B-Lingual Experience works according to the agreed European established and legal regulations of the Au Pair arrangement of the 24th November 1969 (ETS NO 068) according to the framework of the European Council
