WAP - Wise Au Pair, stands as a beacon of cultural exchange and familial support, bridging the gap between Chinese families and au pairs from around the globe. Our agency is dedicated to facilitating meaningful connections that enrich the lives of both host families and au pairs, fostering mutual understanding, cultural exchange, and lasting relationships.
We provide au pairs the opportunity to learn Mandarin, teach English to children as an au pair, visit local universities, and promote their country's culture during their exchange program in China. We are constantly updating our program so that au pairs from all countries can have a fresh cultural experience.
In addition to the au pair program, WAP also provides international services such as International exchange of expertise, background enhancement for international education, and international art education.
Host families locations in China: Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Guangdong, Chongqing etc.
Au pair program span: 3-12 months.
By joining WAP as an au pair, you enjoy:
*Airfare reimbursement up to RMB¥12000 (depending on the length of stay)
*Airport pick-up and 2-day orientation
*International insurance during your stay in China
*Visa application guidance and reimbursement of visa fees
*Local guided tours in the city of your host family and training on how to communicate well with your host family
*Up to 30 hours of childcare / week
*At least 1.5 days of rest / week
*2,000 RMB pocket money / month
*At least 3 hours of Chinese language study / week
*Tuition reimbursement for Chinese courses
