iCXC International Culture Exchange Co. Ltd was founded in 2011. We are the largest international cultural exchange agency in South China and a 10-year member of IAPA. Located in Shenzhen China, the vibrant agency utilizes our knowledge and experience by matching foreign Au Pairs with Chinese host families and assisting work opportunities for our Au Pairs later.

Application Requirements:
Between 18-29 years old
High school graduate or above
Unmarried with no spouse or dependents
Excellent English skill (pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary)
Outgoing, caring, patient and responsible, love being with children, Au pair experience or childcare experience is preferred
Availability: 12 weeks(3 months)/25 weeks(6 months)
Physically healthy (no infectious diseases)
No criminal record
Au Pair Benefits:

Room and board(single bedroom, three meals a day)
Au Pair Obligations:
Assist in improving the children's English speaking, listening and reading skills by creating an immersive English language environment
Provide approximately 30 duty hours per week, with the exact time varying based on the family's needs
Pick up and drop off the children from and to school
Actively play games with children
Exchange culture with the host family (customs, manners, food)
