iCXC International Culture Exchange Co. Ltd was founded in 2011, which was named Shenzhen AUPAIR International Cultural Exchange Co, Ltd before. We are the largest international cultural exchange agency in south China and a full member of IAPA. Located in Shenzhen China, the vibrant agency utilizes our knowledge and experience by placing foreign Au Pairs to Chinese host families, placing Chinese Au Pairs to American or European host families, engaging foreign interns, and assisting work opportunities for our Au Pairs later. iCXC also takes part in the International exchange program, language volunteer program, international summer and winter camps program. The number of our host families exceeds over 500. Every year we recruit more than 1000 applicants for the inbound and outbound programs mentioned above.
