Dear Potential Au Pair,

Many thanks for reading. We are a family of 4, soon to be 5 in May 2024 and live in the Countryside in South Oxford shire. We have been living here since 2016, having made the move from London and we love it!
We have a train station a 5 min drive and it takes 42 minutes to get into Central London. This is a commute I do a few times a month when I have to travel to the City.

Our family dynamic is busy busy busy - my husband and I both have very demanding jobs and are looking for an Au Pair who is very hands on and able to get creative with the children!
My Son who is 6, 7 in May attends school a 5 min walk away and starts at 8.45am. Aurora will be 2 in May and because my husband and I work mainly from home, we juggle the childcare between us. With a new addition, we are going to need some support!

Expectations: Kind, caring AP to look after the children roughly between the hours of 8am - 6pm. As I mentioned, we work from home so are always at home to help, assist wherever needed. I.e., I am happy to cook the children's meals and for the AP if she requires it, (or she can cook herself whatever she is comfortable with). We are happy to do the school drop off / collection if the AP has a busy day with the two smaller ones and needs a break.

The idea would be that the AP starts just before the baby turns 1, as this is when I will go back to work full time. Before this, I will be at home and would like the AP to start a few months before so we can establish a happy routine that works for everyone.

The children are our priory and we are looking for someone responsible and capable. If you are not this person, then please refrain from responding as we would like serious candidates only.

Acomodação de Aupair

We are in the process of building a small Outbuilding in the garden for the new AP. This will have a shower, toilet and a single bed that can be made into a double, full heating security doors. The AP will have full privacy and her own access. This will be a brand new outbuilding constructed as we have a small cottage so do not have the room in the house. But the space will be fully private and secure and I am sure the AP will love it!
