I love working with children and have been a nanny in Japan before.

I was working 5 days a week, doing household chores, cooking, cleaning, picking the girl up from school, helping her with schoolwork, bringing her to activities, teaching her how to swim, and cook dinner for both of us.

As a swimming teacher in Japan, I would teach children age 3-12 how to swim in private lessons. I was required to prepare the lessons myself in advance, adapting it to the skill level and personality of each child. I also had to remain very focused at all times as to not endanger anyone in the pool.

As a tutor I was working with children with Aspergers, helping them organise their schoolwork. I not only helped with their homework, but also had to make sure they remembered all of their exam dates and deadlines. Additionally, I was responsible for making sure they had all of the material and support they needed, which sometimes required me to go to the school in person and talk to the teachers. It was very important for me to stay organised at all times, as well as knowing what each of the students needed at the time in order to successfully finish the school year.
