Hi dear host family!

My name is Carolina, I’m 24 years old and grow up in Lisbon, in a very small country, Portugal. I used to live with my mother, but I have two brothers, and a sister. They all live in Portugal and have kids.

My family is very important to me! We are very close and I really enjoy spending time with them!

I lived completely alone in London to improve my English skills. I lived there for 3 months, where I learned to live alone and could deal with different people and habits. I think that experience has contributed to my personal growth.

After that, I have been in UK for almost 5 years living as a Au Pair/Nanny.

I will do my best to make my stay to be incredible for me and my future host family! I would like to be part of the family routine and hope to have a lot of fun with the children. If you leave me, I will prove to you that you can trust me!

I hope you choose me to be your au pair/nanny, because I really want to make a difference in your childhood life! I want to approach them and worry about them like an older sister. I'm sure that love will grow day by day between us and I can't wait for that anymore.

Experiência com crianças

Children are my passion! I think their smile is the most genuine thing in the world! I just love being with them, playing with them or helping with their needs. Spending time with them is like therapy for me! I feel good when I'm with them because they are innocent, spontaneous, honest and full of life! They have a lot of energy and this is contagious! But I am also responsible and I know the limits between fun time and obligation time.

I worked in a nanny taking care of newborn, even toddlers. There I learned how to feed the children, change diapers, bottle, prepare meals, bathe, put them to sleep and especially how to deal with them. But one of my favorite parts was playing with them and creating dynamic activities to entertain them. It was such an experience that I could get a closer look at the children's routine. I was very happy while working there, because during that time my life was full of energy and love!

Currently I have more than 5 years of experience with children of all ages.
