Hello! My name is Ella, I’m from England, and I have a great passion for caring for children of all ages and personalities!
I enjoy an active lifestyle with plenty of outdoor activities, trips, and sport!
I am naturally an extremely caring and supportive person, and I enjoy building genuine caring relationships with children and supporting their development, growth, happiness and success.

I have over 200+ hours of work experience in both a nursery and primary school setting, so I have experience of working with a wide variety of children from ages 0-11 years old, all of whom had widely varying backgrounds, abilities and personalities. Working within a primary school setting also allowed me to gain knowledge about children’s learning and education, so i am highly equipped to support the children with their studies outside of school. Additionally, working within a nursery setting enabled me to develop my childcare skills to a new high standard. Also, During my work experience I worked with multiple different children with Special educational needs, including; autism, and Down syndrome, so I have experience in communicating with, building connections with and supporting the the needs of these children.

I am highly educated, I achieved 8 GCSE,s all from grades 5-7, in English language, English literature, Mathematics, Combined science trilogy, History, Sports science, Hospitality and catering and Health and social care, therefore I have a wide subject knowledge and experience. Additionally, I have a BTEC Level 3 Extended national diploma in health and social care, which I obtained from NSCG College in England, within this course I studied many modules including; meeting individuals care and support needs, psychology, sociology, supporting individuals with additional needs, nutritional health, anatomy and physiology, principles of safe practice, human lifespan development and many other modules, which have educated and equipped me well for this role.
