Hi! We are the family. We are excited to welcome a new au pair to join our family this summer. We are an active young family, with two little ones and a dog, living in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside just 2 miles from a vibrant town called Ilkley, in the middle of England. Ilkley has a train station that goes to nearby Leeds city, where you can connect to various places across the UK. We have had a live-in au pair already so are used to having someone live with us and be part of our family.

Due to the young age of the children, we are looking for someone with a minimum of B2.level of English.

Descrição de trabalho

Typical hours would be 7.30-10am and 3-7.30pm with both children, and one full day a week with the youngest. A typical morning would be getting the kids ready for nursery, tidying up after breakfast, and driving them to nursery. Once home we like the au pair to help with some laundry and taking the dog outside for a run around. The day time is then free for you to explore, until the kids need picking up from nursery in the afternoon, when you'll bring them home (sometimes stopping off at the supermarket on the way), give them snacks, play with them, prepare and give them dinner, help with bath and bedtime, and tidy up ready for the next day.

Some evening babysitting or day help if the children are sick will also be needed. Weekends are your own, we'll let you know our plans in case you'd like to join in!

Acomodação de Aupair

As our au pair you will have your own bedroom with a King size bed and TV, and an en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating. You are welcome to eat with the children or with us, and we will cover all meals eaten in the house, or when you're with us as a family. You will also have access to a family car, both for driving the children around and for your personal use on the weekends.
