Dear My Future Host Family,

My name is Kannika. You can called me Tina as a nickname. I will turn 24 years old this September. I come from Bangkok, Thailand, and I have been raised by my lovely grandparents since I was born. Even though I didn’t grow up with my parents, I have always felt surrounded by love and support from my family. I often visit my relatives in Nakhon Ratchasima, where I have a big family and spend a lot of time with my two fun and energetic nieces. I truly enjoy every moment I get to play and take care of them.

Currently, I live on a peaceful island called Koh Tao, where I work as a receptionist at a hostel. I really love my job because I meet people from around the world every day. But now, I feel ready to start a new chapter in life — one where I can learn, grow, and be part of a family in a different country.

I have always enjoyed being around children. Some of my happiest moments have been spent doing activities with them — whether that’s helping with daily routines or creating fun experiences. I love drawing, cooking, and reading English books. These are not just hobbies for me — they are things I would love to share with your children. I believe these activities can help them express creativity, have fun, and maybe even learn something new.

Although I have never officially worked as an Au Pair before, I have real experience caring for children. I used to take care of my nieces all day while their parents were working — from helping them get ready in the morning to playing, feeding, and putting them to bed. I’m patient, caring, creative, and always happy to help.
