Dear Host Family,

My name is Dariia, and I am originally from Ukraine. I am writing to express my sincere interest in becoming your Au Pair, Live-in Tutor, or Virtual Childcare assistant.

Since childhood, I have naturally taken on the role of an older sister. I have one younger sister, two younger cousins, and I grew up surrounded by children — many of my mother’s friends had younger kids, and I’ve always been the one to help, play, and care for them. These experiences have taught me patience, empathy, and how to interact with children in a calm, respectful, and supportive way.

I see the Au Pair program as a meaningful opportunity to explore life abroad while contributing to a family in a useful and responsible way. For me, this role is about providing stability, help, and understanding — and also receiving cultural experience and language practice in return. I already have a strong command of English, but living in an English-speaking household would help me improve even more through daily communication.

Over the past three years, I have lived and traveled internationally — including a year in Canada, half a year in London, and several months in various parts of Europe. These experiences have made me open-minded, independent, and highly adaptable.

I have many personal interests. I work in web design and enjoy creating presentations and digital content. I am also a certified yoga and meditation teacher, and I follow a spiritual path that is deeply important to me. Additionally, I have studied nutrition and maintain a healthy vegetarian lifestyle. I don’t smoke or drink alcohol and live a clean, balanced life.

I am passionate about healthy living, emotional balance, and creating a calm, structured environment — all of which I hope to bring into your home. You should host me because I am responsible, grounded, and motivated to contribute in a thoughtful and consistent way. I see this not just as a job, but as a shared journey of support and exchange.
