It is a great pleasure to share a little about myself with you. My name is Ana Claudia and I'm 27 years old. I'm Brazilian and currently studying Air Transport Technology. Last year I completed the flight attendant course and then decided to specialize in the Aviation field.
I am the oldest sister with two brothers. Having taken care of them from an early age, since my mother was single and had to work. I am also part of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I have been a member since 2011. I served as a missionary in 2016 -2018 in the Brasil Cuiabá Mission. It was a fantastic experience where I was able to get closer to Jesus Christ and also love my neighbors. After I returned from my mission, unfortunately my mother passed away from cancer.
I had several opportunities to serve in the church as a teacher for 8-year-old children for 2 years, I was also secretary of the young women's organization and a teacher of the youth class for around 2 and a half years.
At the moment, as I want to work in aviation, it is extremely important that I have a second language.
I have been studying English since I was 14 years old... and in some church programs like Pathway Connect -BYU.
But the fact is that I lack confidence in the language.
So, why not participate in this wonderful Au Pair program?
I already knew the au pair, it was through a friend I met during my mission period and I was very interested in doing it right when I got home, but the plans didn't go as planned.
so I just postponed my wish.
When I moved to São Paulo, my desire to go on an exchange program increased and I looked for all the information I could. and here I am ready to embark on this journey.
I have an emotional connection with French. My mother loved this language even though she didn't study it and she was certainly a great influence on me also falling in love with this language and the culture. I was in Paris in March and I loved it.. and the desire to learn more only increased. In fact, I'm not fluent in French, but I'm dedicating myself to studying so that I can communicate well with everyone.
Now talking about what matters most, your children.
As I said at the beginning, I took care of my brothers since I was 8 years old. I believe that my maternal side has always been well prepared hahaha. I have experience in professional child care since 2019. Here in Brazil I worked with 4 families taking care of 1 to 2 children. from 0 to 5 years.
I like working with children because they give me purity and innocence and brighten my days. I love the smell of babies as much as running and playing with the big ones.
With all the certainty in the world having me as your au pair, you will have a young woman full of energy, charismatic and funny, creative. and the best with a lot of experience. I will love being part of the family while fulfilling my responsibilities.
