I write to apply for the post of Caregiver / Care Assistant in your family.
I am a 38 year old woman, a holder of a University Diploma in Registered Nursing and Certificate in midwifery obtained from the Malawi college of health sciences and I am registered with the Nurses and midwives Council of Malawi. In the immediate past I have worked as a research nurse at the Malawi Liverpool Wellcome Trust. I have recently been trained by the Clinical Research Support Unit in good clinical practice, Human subjects protection and an introduction to informed consent. I have also worked as both as an Intensive care nurse and a general nurse. At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic I worked as a private care giver for a period of 4 moths and was widely applauded as the best caregiver by the concerned family. I am a team player with excellent interpersonal, Communication(Good English speaking and writing skills) and presentation skills. I am empathetic, hardworking, friendly and welcoming.
Apart from the professional side above, I have two intelligent daughters, that I have raised so well, one is in university while another is in secondary school. This experience will help me raise your children well.
I also had the privilege of looking after my physically challenged and sick grandmother for three years until her demise in 12 years ago, the experience I got will also be of great help in this job.
I have also had a home since 2004, and have managed it really well, this will also help me be your best home manager.
By employing me, you will also help me escape the jaws of poverty, coming form a country with 71% of the inhabitants in deep rooted proverty, this will help me educated my two daughter and give them a decent future while I support my family and immediate family members.
