Hi there! We’re the Savji’s and we’re looking forward to embarking on the cultural exchange and child care of the au pair program.


A quick introduction to our family:


Our names are Afia and Nazir Savji. We’re in our mid-30s and live in Morristown, NJ with our 16-month-old son Saleem. Afia works at a tech company in NYC, but primarily works from home. Nazir is a physician and works primarily at the hospital in Morristown. Afia claims she’s the funny one in the relationship, but Nazir believes his dad jokes reign supreme.


We moved from NYC to Morristown about a year ago and have been enjoying learning more about the town. Our home is filled with a lot of love, laughter, and visits from friends and family. During our free time, we enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, working out, exploring new trails/parks, and trying new restaurants.


At 16 months old, Saleem is initially shy when he meets new people. He's running around and is always in search of something that he shouldn’t be putting in his mouth. He loves bathtime, getting read to, and going on daily walks around the neighborhood or park.


We’re excited about the opportunity to embark on the au pair program for the cultural exchange, 1:1 childcare, and the amazing opportunity for Saleem to learn and grow through this experience.
