Hello,

We live in Paris 5th (nearby Notre Dame).

We are looking for someone to take care of our 9 year old son (Léo-Paul) around 25 hours a week (certain mornings to go to school, certain lunch time, after school and on Wednesdays). We always had an English speaking au pair at home, so Léo-Paul is bilingual already and we love to welcome a new member in our family.

(We do have a cleaning lady to take care of our apartment, so of course that would not be your tasks. This shall be obvious, but in case it is needed to specify it. We would just need your help with the organization of Léo-Paul's stuff.)

We would love to welcome an EMT au pair in our family (only English Mother Tongue... sorry for all the others but this is an important point for us).

You will have your own room (with your own shower). Your room has an independent entrance on the floor above ours. Wifi is provided. We live on the 5th floor and your room is on the 6th floor with no stairs, so you need to like exercising.

Also, there is a lot of walking around in Paris together with biking, so we will have soon good strong muscles without realizing it.

We are strongly Montessori minded. If you are interested (and only if you are interested), we would be happy to sponsor a training in this field for you.

We can also help you getting in a nice language school.

Also, kids in France are in vacation about every 6 weeks, so you will be in vacation for 1 to 2 weeks every 6 weeks, since Léo-Paul's grand-parents love to spend time with him.

Léo-Paul loves sciences, it would be great if you can work together no only on his English skills but also on science projects.

Taking care of Leo Paul (9 years old) (who already understand English, so you should get along with him easily)

This would be a standard schedule - note that certain mornings and lunch time we would do it ourselves, we are parents who love to be there for our kid. Also, we try to be back home around 7pm at the latest:
Monday from 8h10 to 8h40am, and from 12h15 to 13h45 and from 4pm to 8pm
Tuesday from 8h10 to 8h40am, and from 12h15 to 13h45 and from 4pm to 8pm
Wednesday from 10am to 7pm
Thursday from 8h10 to 8h40am, and from 12h15 to 13h45 and from 4pm to 8pm
Friday from 8h10 to 8h40am, and from 12h15 to 13h45 and from 4pm to 8pm

We are open for you to finish earlier when we can take over and we may ask you sometimes if you are available later (once Léo-Paul is asleep) so that we can go out.

Léo-Paul is in vacation every 6 weeks, so do you as well. His grandparents are always very happy to have him around.

You will have to bring Léo-Paul to school by bike or bus, so being confortable by bike is mandatory.
