Hi! I am currently am international student at a university in the beautiful Pacific Northwest region of United States. I was born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya where I went to an American international school and encountered people with a myriad of backgrounds, ethnicities, nationalities, and beliefs. I believe the diversity I grew up with has equipped me with a solid foundation that allows me to get along with almost anyone in the world.
I hold a special place in my heart for children and enjoy building relationships by treating them as individuals worthy of love, respect, understanding, and fun!
Beyond casual babysitting, I have worked with kids in education and would be happy to help out with basic teaching.
I love to travel, the outdoors, baking, and cleaning!

Expériences en garde d'enfants

I have never gone abroad to be an Au Pair, but I have engaged in around 2 years of more casual babysitting for neighbours and family friends. I have also taught piano to kids from 5-8 for around 3 years which gives me the patience and determination to work with children no matter their temperament.
I have spent a lot of time abroad (I am currently abroad as a student) and I am very comfortable with different customs, cultures, and languages. I am willing to adapt to what best suits my host family and make myself very flexible with my time and energy. Going abroad would be an extra perk to being an au pair as I would experience living a daily life in a different place with different people.
