We are looking for an Au Pair to be a part of our family. We have a little girl , who’s almost 3 years old now and gets ready for kindergarten in September. She’s very lovely and friendly. She can freely switch between expressing herself in Chinese and English. In addition, we have an adorable ragdoll cat, whose gentle demeanor makes her a beloved member of our household.

I’m employed by the government, while my husband teaches geography at a high school. We’re specifically seeking a native English speaker. Your role will primarily involve engaging our daughter in daily English conversations, reading her picture books, organizing playful activities, and providing attentive care. Making learning and playtime enjoyable for her is at the heart of your responsibilities.

We live in Xiamen, a coastal city renowned as the “Sea Garden.” Our home is approximately 30 to 40 minutes’ drive from the city center. Surrounded by the sea, Xiamen offers extensive sandy beaches, abundant sunshine, and an excellent ecological environment. The city is home to thousands of egrets, creating a truly unique natural landscape. We’re confident you’ll thoroughly enjoy your stay here.

You’ll be accommodated in a cozy studio apartment (around 25 - 30 square meters, complete with a private bathroom) within the same apartment complex. We’ll provide you with pocket money. Moreover, if you join us on family trips, we’ll cover a portion of the necessary expenses.

We promise we will take care of you when you are away from your own family. We can take short trips, share our cultures and experiences so that you can know better about China. Please feel free to let us know your expectations, and we can discuss more about the details.
