In the last months of 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to care for five amazing children from different families, each of them unique and special to me. I looked after a 10-year-old girl, her 2-year-old brother, a 3-year-old girl from another family, and twins - a boy and a girl - from yet another family. My involvement went beyond supervision; I was deeply engaged in theor daily routines and activities, ensuring their well-being and happiness. I was responsible for essential tasks such as feeding them, preparing bottles, giving baths, and ensuring they followed their routines. Beyond that, I made sure to create a fun and enriching environment by organizing a variety of activities. Together, we enjoyed playtime with games like jumping on trampolines, hide-and-seek, tag, and role-playing adventures. We also spent time doing creative activities like sculpting with playdough, painting, and coloring. Through these experiences, I developed a deeper understanding of what it takes to care for children from different families and age groups. I learned to adapt to their individual routines, respect their unique personalities, and foster an environment here they fekt safe, loved, and encouraged to grow. Being a part of their lives, even for a short time, was incredible for me. And also, I have significant experience in childcare, having helped my parents care for my younger siblings from an early age until now. Growing up in a close-knit family, I naturally took on responsibilities such as assisting with homework, preparing meals, organizing fun activities, and ensuring their safety.
