Dear Host Family, I’m Victory, a purpose driven, kind, dedicated and caring 22 year old who has passion for working with kids and teaching. I currently live in Virginia, USA. I come from a close-knit Christian family of six and I am the third of four children.

Being an au pair for me, is an opportunity to channel my passion for childcare, grow , attain independence and learn a new culture, while building worthwhile connections. The kids make the process worth it!

I have had the privilege of working with kids of different ages ranging from toddlers to teenagers.
My family runs a k-12 private school in Nigeria and I was able to gain valuable childcare and teaching experience before I moved to USA. I also looked after kids during my free weekends at home.


I am a Christian and my religion is a huge part of my life. I live by Christian principles and values.

I’m hoping for a peaceful, respectful environment where feedback is open, kind and honest. I’d love to be with a family that’s clear about expectations, and sees me as part of the team, not just a helper.

I’m looking for a space where I can serve the kids well, feel safe, while having the chance to bring the best of myself and thrive in my role as an au pair.

I’d also appreciate a family that understands the value of cultural exchange, and gives me the opportunity and resources they can, to explore the country, meet new people, and experience life here. I will put in my best in a home that offers structure, grace, and mutual respect.
