Hi! My name is Phoebe and I am 21 years old. I am finishing university soon and will soon receive a degree in Fashion Marketing. As I embark on this exciting journey away from university, I wanted to take the opportunity to introduce myself and share why I believe I would be a great fit for your family.

I am English and was born in Manchester. I have lived here for all of my life and I am extremely keen to experience new culture, new ways of life and meet new families. Becoming an au pair is a dream of mine because it allows me to combine my love for children with my desire to immerse myself in a new culture. I am drawn to the idea of becoming a part of your family, sharing in your daily lives, and forming lasting bonds with your children. I believe that being an au pair is not just about providing childcare but also about fostering a supportive and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

I have had the privilege of growing up with two younger brothers, who have taught me invaluable lessons about patience, responsibility, and the joys of childhood, as well as the hard times! My experiences as an older sibling have instilled in me a deep love and understanding of children, as well as the importance of nurturing and supporting their growth and development.

I have lost of previous experience working with children such as working and volunteering in a nursery, tutoring and babysitting. These experiences have equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to care for children of various ages and needs. Additionally, I am patient, responsible, and nurturing, traits that I believe are essential for an au pair role.

I am eager to share my own experiences, language and culture with your family whilst also learning from yours. I am fluent in English and believe I can teach this difficult language with patience, kindness and perseverance.
